NATIONAL CARNIVAL MEDICAL DIRECTOR ROLE AVAILABLE - ALLOWANCE PAID

AFL Masters is looking for a National Carnival Medical Director to oversee the provision of medical services for Carnival participants.


Reporting to the National Body, the duties for the role involve the planning in the build up to, and the provision of services during the AFL Masters National Carnival. This will include preparation of medical information for participants; sourcing appropriate equipment, medication & treatment areas; liaison with medics, trainers, Local Organising Committees; key State contacts & the National Body; and be the point of contact for incident management as well as local hospital or urgent care services. The person in this role will be medically qualified and would be required to attend the National Carnival in late September/early October each year (could be a player or an accompanying partner/family member/friend).
Although a voluntary role, payment of National carnival entry costs as well as an accommodation/travel allowance will be offered as remuneration.
