Want to go to the Gala Night but can’t find a Babysitter?

To help make your final night of the 2022 National Carnival more enjoyable, the Adelaide Organising Committee have hired a few rooms within the Adelaide Convention Centre (ACC) for childminding during our Gala Night on 1 October.

The Riverbank Rooms are on the lower deck of the ACC and just a few minutes’ walk away from Main Hall H should any issues arise (see map of the ACC https://www.adelaidecc.com.au/content/uploads/2018/08/ACC-Site-Plan-Detailed_as-at-06-07-22.pdf) – but far enough away so they don’t see mum or dad.

We have recruited the Hessel Group as our Mobile Creche provider & they are an approved care provider to the ACC. They provide everything (other than food & drink) to keep the young ones entertained.

Parents will be required to complete a Parent Enrolment Form (click on “Files” Button for PDF attached) and email it back to generalmanager@aflmasters.com.au prior to the evening.

Parents are required to arrange any food and drink on the night as we have been advised that Hessel Group do not catering. Furthermore we note that no junk food should come into the creche room as a condition of entry.
